Every year Artemiches, the most important culture and arts NGO in the region, celebrates and organizes La Semana Cultural de Miches.  Taking place in June, La Semana Cultural has become a national and international point of reference for artisans, craftsmen, painters, poets and writers. This year, the Minister of Culture, José Rafael Lantigua, paid a visit to Miches to pay tribute to this important event.
